Industrial drying applications by product
One heat platform. Dozens of products.
What changes between applications is not the fundamental technology but the parameter set — temperature, airflow, humidity, cycle duration and loading density — and the hygiene infrastructure around the chamber.

Industrial applications
- Timber & wood products
- Textiles & fibre
- Ceramics & building materials
- Rubber (sheet & crumb)
- Chemical & industrial materials
Dual-purpose facilities
A single facility can process both mango and fish — but only with genuine zone segregation. This is a design decision made at planning stage, not retrofitted: separate clean zones, physical hygiene barriers, dedicated tunnels, separate chilled waste handling on the fish side, and independent drainage. Facilities that share preparation space between the two invariably fail food-safety audit on cross-contamination grounds. Where the dual capability is wanted, we design it in from the outset.
Drying by crop family
Five families, each with its own constraint: the temperature that protects the oil, the aroma or the protein, and the window past which the product is spoiled.
Drying guides by product and country
Product-specific processing notes for the crops and countries we work with. Parameters are validated by trial per product, variety and site.
By country and crop
Each page carries that country’s harvest calendar, the biomass fuel available locally, and a worked sizing example.
